Reply:My daughter%26#039;s name is Lily Elizabeth... Report It

Reply:I really like the names Lily and Ella. I remember when I was little and I played games I used to always want to be called Lily!!!

I think Lily-ella is ok, I like Ella-mae better though.

Here are some other things I could think of that went with them:

Lily-anna

Lily-anne

Lily-rose

I couldn%26#039;t think of anything else to go with Ella. I like Ella-mae though. I think anything that sounds like Mae would go with Ella. Like maybe Fay, Kay, I don%26#039;t know!!! lol

Hope that helped!!!
Reply:Ella Mae is a little bit like Ellie May from the Beverly Hill Billies.

To be honest with you, Ella and Lily are both the most popular names around at the moment. They are going to be very common, so make sure you think about this before using them on your child. However, if you still choose to use either one of them, there are many middle names that would go well with them. Anne or Louise are classic middle names, but I don%26#039;t really know what your taste is. Maybe you could consider a family name, or a name of someone that you happen to admire? It is good to name your child something that has a meaning to you.
Reply:Lily and Ella are both lovely names. My kitten is called Lily.

I dont like combining 2 names with a - They sound a bit hick. Cody-Jo, Sarah-Louise, etc

lilyella

it does sound better than ella-lily unless you want ella as a first name %26amp; lily as a second.

I suspect its because the %26quot;y%26quot; in lily is an %26quot;e%26quot; sound %26amp; then ella of course starts with a different sounding %26quot;e%26quot; as an %26quot;a%26quot;.
Reply:Lilly Rose

sorry, ella mae sounds a bit like a hillbilly name to me

and lilly ella is a tongue twister...

what about illiana?

Remember little children struggle with their names when the name is difficult to pronounce, spell and/or write...so be kind!

enjoy! :)
